After several failed attempts to build the pack out of foam and Cardboard, I finally found someone who was selling an awesome 3D version. I don't have any experience with 3D printing but Im still pretty hopeful some one who does can help. I realize That printing it out as one piece may be too bulky/prohibitively expensive, but the designer said that the file could be sliced up and printed that way.
