Additional Information: “So attached here is what we want as a tablet/slab shape. The white boxed in parts you see on the top, bottom, and right represent just that in terms of 3D space (so if you were to fold these sides that is where they would locate on the tablet/slab leaving the left side and back blank) and the tan/gray part will be the front. Font size does not have to be the size shown in the file since the picture is not to scale which means the text in actuality can probably be bigger (font type doesn’t really matter either). It is super important that every line sectioning off the different companies are shown (the 3 lines on the side that continue across as well). I included the dimensions as well which makes it exactly the size of a standard piece of paper with ¾ of an inch in thickness. In regards to method, my boss said that since the laser cutting method is cheaper that we will use that only if the end result doesn’t differ too noticeably from the 3d printing method. So for example, if I were to use the same material and make one tablet with 3d printing and the other with laser cutting that, in the end, I would get 2 tablets that pretty much looked identical. Now if the laser cutting method makes the text look better than a 3d printer would than I’m all for it but outside of small stuff like that then we may have a problem. However, I am almost positive that they shouldn’t be much different at all since we are dealing with a tablet that is flat on all 6 sides with no irregular shaping’s anywhere on it. The material we want is the plastic and the color of it does not matter so let me know the choices that it comes in so I can choose, (the chart has the different colors in the file attached but they are not important). What does matter, which may count as something to do with color, is that the text is will be clearly visible and easy to read. So, if something like making the majority of the slab gray but the text/print, that is laser cut, white (to give that nice contrast) is possible that would be definitely what we want. However, if either a) that is not possible or b) it’s easy to read with one color/shade anyway then that is fine and it is what it is. Hopefully this picture is all that you guys need to make the design and if you have any questions feel free to ask me.”
