- Your main picture is very helpful (especially as it sits on top of a mat with 1"x1" grid spacing...at least it looks like 1"x1".
- Where in the world are you located? Maybe you could just add an address to your profile (as this will help us route the fabrication near where you live)
- So would the carbon fiber components of this job be replacing what looks to be aluminum square rods? Or the central torso piece that everything is mounted to?
- What would your functional requirements of this design be? Or do you simply want a carbon fiber shell to cover all the electronics and such?
- Could you send an image of a drone similar to what you're looking for? We're not quite sure yet what piece really we'd be designing for you. Like an RC car shell? Or part of the structural components?
- My recommendation that if it's like an RC Car shell, we should 3D print you a drone cap of sorts and then vacuum form a piece of poly carbonate plastic atop that so that you have the lightest weight shell possible.
